The time has finally come to make your selection from our carefully chosen menu!

After plenty of taste testing (the fun part) and a lot of deliberation, we feel we’ve created the perfect wedding breakfast. We’ve opted for a traditional roast, which is a real staple in the Booth household! and something we hope everyone will love and enjoy together on the day.

TOMATO SUMMER SALAD (V)

A selection of the finest heritage tomatoes with aged parmesan mayo, basil oil, goat’s cheese snow, curd and croutons

APPLE & BLACKBERRY CRUMBLE

Served in a cast iron pan with a chewy topping, vanilla custard and a mini apple

RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE

Classic set cheesecake with raspberry sorbet, fresh strawberry, fresh raspberry mini meringues, vanilla crème fraiche and micro basil
